On-the-job coaching
A 90 minute Workout

Preparation

Those taking part are asked to write on a sheet of flipchart paper:

·

Their objectives for the Workout, using guidance provided on how to do this correctly.

·

Their experience of delivering on-the-job coaching - how much they have done and what they find difficult about doing it.

·

A task which they will coach someone to perform after the Workout. They relate the principles covered to this during the 90 minutes.
